A 14 × 14 inch, acrylic painting of the sky. A journal entry is handwritten on the painting:

“After many months of ruminating, on Tuesday I tripped on psilocybin for the first time. I think I took out 2 grams and dove into a few hours of blissful geometric unity with the trees in the backyard and fits of laughter (when Lisa checked on me) followed by a few hours of dread and mirroring past trauma. It’s no coincidence that today is Mother’s Day, May 9–28 years to the day. The mushroom helped me see that I needed to face the hardest times as well as somehow rise above what others are thinking.
