“The fog is lifting in parts to reveal swift moving clouds, which, in turn, reveal some blue overhead. I followed the sound of pecking to find a small bird high in the tree above me. The pagoda spire looks otherworldly through the forest and the fog. Yesterday, sitting went really until last night. This morning was rough too, but on this walk I’ve been able to observe my breath quite effectively.
