A 14 × 14 inch, acrylic painting of the sky. A journal entry is handwritten on the painting:

“Despite the fact that I have been foot-dragging fatigued for days, today has been really fun so far. Addee and I drove to the Bronx for their last cross country meet. She came in 23rd overall for private schools in NYC and 4th on her team, but she’s not thrilled to go to the state meet. I’m glad she didn’t throw the race. Later, we watched the leaders fly by the 21st mile of the marathon. I can’t tell what’s making me so tired. Possibly, it’s the interminable election, but it’s probably just the waning daylight.
