“It’s Day 4 here learning Vipassana meditation. Day 2 was absolutely liberating. So many things opened up for me. I have never been happier than during these four days just sitting ten hours a day. I’m not even hungry. Yesterday, Felix pointed out a “perezoso” (“lazy bear” or giant three-toed sloth). We have been simply observing our breath but now we are about to hear the true Vipassana technique. I wasn’t allowed to paint (or read or write or talk!) so this painting was done from memory.
